Reviews lately have been a little bit mixed but most people have enjoyed their stay a lot and had many good things to say about it. If you stay here, try to find a deal. The rooms, activities and food are all said to be a bit expensive.
There are mixed reviews on the service. While some say it's "nonexistent", others say they are cheerful and friendly. As with many things, your opinion of the service depends on your expectations. Overall, the most complaints revolve around the front desk service.
You should know that as a cost saving measure, one reviewer was told (after his rooms wasn't cleaned) that they are only cleaning rooms during the week.

There is an all-inclusive package you can take. It includes all meals and all recreation. It's only a good choice if you want to spend your time only at the resort. Be aware that there are a lot of great golf courses and restaurants around the island.
